1. Choose the sources

   Select the existing pages, news, or converted documents the AI can use. Tell it what you want to prepare or improve.

2. Work from a draft

   Ask for new content or a clearer version of existing information. The result enters the editor as a draft your staff can change.

3. Review and approve

   Check the information against its sources and send it through your approval process. AI never publishes on its own.

Document conversion is part of the toolkit, too. Baseline drafts readable pages from documents and keeps the original file attached. For scans and photographed pages, Baseline will use optical character recognition (OCR) to extract the text. Your staff check the draft against the source before it goes public.
